Today was my last day at Widgets. It was really strange - walking around saying good-byes and wrapping things up. I can’t believe it has been almost 4 years. Had a great lunch with my group. Many thanks to those who showed up to see me off - we had a great turn-out (even one ex-Widgeteer! yay) and an awesome time.

Now, if I could find some time to get this site back in shape so I can start doing real updates again that would be great…

A couple of weeks ago I sent my resume to a company that had a job opening for a Lead Interactive Developer. A few days later they called me for an interview. I went in, the interview went quite well. Good enough they called me in for a 2nd interview, then offered me the position. After much consideration, and a 3rd interview even (a management position opened up) I decided to take the job. Yay!

One day after moving in we got our new kitten! His name is Pepper, he is 6 weeks old today. He is a lot of fun, not afraid of anything. Needless to say, Zion is not too happy.
